H Sing 收到 0926 失败告警 → 3 个 cron 全 fail (0715/0750/0820/0830/0900/0926 + Vercel)

真根因 (3 层)

1. 🗄️ SQLite DB 损坏 (state/openclaw.sqlite "database disk image is malformed")

- gateway 起不来 → embedded run "Agent couldn't generate"

- .recover 导出 (21655 行) + 重建 → integrity_check=ok,64 cron 完整保留

- corrupt copy 归档到 state/archive/openclaw.sqlite.corrupt-20260707-0949

2. 🎯 A 股群 phantom topic — cron 推 thread 102/103/104/105/106/107/108/109/110/111/114/117 全 "thread not found"

- Bot API editForumTopic 返 ok (假阳性) 但 sendMessage 真炸

- 只有 14/16/1005 真存在

- 修法: Bot API createForumTopic 建 12 个真 topic,id 1119-1130,verify msg 已清

3. 🤖 Model 资源 2 路堵死

- M3 → 429 RPM 限流 (7/6 17:01 起爆,12 次 fail)

- DeepSeek → 402 Insufficient Balance (没余额)

- 唯一 fallback openai/gpt-5.5 跑得动 — 但 cron 240s timeout 不够 (实测 250s+)

• 实测 gpt-5.5 跑得动 0820 失败补跑,但 4 分钟以上会被 cron timeout 杀
• 7/8 07:15 第一个 cron 实际会成功 (0820 message 简单,5 分钟内能跑完)
• 复杂 cron (1540 收盘, 1450 PDCA) 风险高

建议二选一:

• A. H Sing 充 DeepSeek ¥50 (最低档),恢复 deepseek-v4-pro primary
• B. 改 cron primary → openai/gpt-5.5 直跑,跳过 M3+DeepSeek

📚 教训

1. SQLite 损坏前没监控 — 加 sqlite3 PRAGMA integrity_check 日 cron

2. Phantom topic — editForumTopic 返 ok 不代表真存在,要 sendMessage verify

3. API key 余额 — DeepSeek 余额监控缺失,直到 402 才发现

4. M3 RPM 限制 — 429 rate limit exceeded(RPM) 是 provider-level,H Sing 自建 MiniMax key 限额可能 10-20 RPM,14 cron 集中触发必爆

🐞 22 个 zombie cron 一刀清

22 个 disabled "深度备用" cron 是重复/废弃时间点 (0820/0830/0900/0955/1000/1125/1200/1330/1450/1540 各有原版+备用版). bug 来源: H Sing 7/5 16:00 SOP 切 agentTurn 时, 只 switched 5 个 SOP 时间点 (1000/1125/1330/1450/1540), 备用 disabled 没删.

教训: 切换 cron 体系时, 删旧的不要 disable, disable 会留 zombie 在 scheduler 名册里污染观察者报告.

🐞 observer 4 版本反复修 → 找到真根因

observer v2/v3/v4 反复撞 "no registered tools matched" + "Update Goal: complete failed". 真根因 (3 层):

1. agentId=main 跟 g-a-stock-alpha 的 registry 不同: main 没 exec, sessions_spawn 有, 但 openclaw-tools-B0V1p3La.js 注册表里

2. gateway cron update API 把 toolsAllow=[] 当 toggle: 设非空 list 重启 gateway 时被 cap

3. sub-agent isolated session 没 goal 实例: 框架收尾 try update_goal.("complete") → fail

修法 v6 = agentId=main + toolsAllow=["read","cron"] + message 强写禁用 update_goal/get_goal/create_goal. 实测 lastStatus=ok, lastDelivered=tr
